Must read

P.A. Properties marked another milestone on November 29, 2025, with the blessing and grand opening of the Nuvista Tanauan Sales Office located in Brgy. Talaga, Tanauan City, Batangas. The event brought together company executives, partners, sellers, and community members as the company continued to expand its presence in the growing city of Tanauan.

The new sales office follows the successful launch of NuVista Tanauan last September 13, 2025—a 187,728-sqm master-planned community designed under the brand promise “Behind Every Home is a Story.” The development features economic and socialized housing options—Yasmin and Solida—along with community amenities such as landscaped open spaces, jogging paths, gardens, and the Art in the Park.

Strategically located just 64 km from Metro Manila via STAR Tollway, Tanauan offers suburban comfort with urban accessibility, making it an ideal location for families seeking long-term value and opportunities.

During the opening, Operations Director Lawrenz Joseph Alvarez emphasized the significance of the new office:

“This milestone is not just a new building—it is a symbol of growth, vision, and our commitment to providing quality homes and thriving communities. Through this office, we aim to connect with the Tanauan community, listen to their needs, and help turn dreams into reality.”

The Nuvista Tanauan Sales Office will serve as a hub for homebuyer engagement, consultations, and community activities as P.A. Properties further expands its developments in Tanauan and nearby areas.

The Nuvista Tanauan Sales Office is now open to welcome homebuyers and visitors.
