BATANGAS City – PUEBLO de Oro Development Corporation (PDO), a residential developer under the ICCP Group, proudly launched the model units of Westwoods Heights, its newest residential enclave in Barangay Tinga Itaas, Batangas City. The event marked a significant milestone in the 13-hectare development, which promises to redefine hillside living with thoughtfully designed homes and scenic surroundings.

Westwoods Heights features 548 units, including 475 single attached and detached house-and-lot offerings, and 73 open lots. The development integrates modern architectural elements with subtle Filipino influences, notably through decorative screens that evoke warmth and heritage.

President and COO Prim Nolido emphasized the company’s vision during the launch. “Westwoods Heights reflects our commitment to building communities that elevate everyday living. These model units are more than homes. They’re a testament to Filipino design, comfort, and sustainability,” he said.

The launch was attended by key stakeholders and local officials, including Batangas City Mayor Marvey Mariño and Vice Mayor Alyssa Cruz, whose presence underscored the city’s support for progressive residential development.

Strategically located just 2.7 kilometers from Jose P. Laurel Highway and with future access to the STAR Tollway via the upcoming Tinga Itaas Exit, Westwoods Heights offers unparalleled connectivity to Metro Manila and nearby urban centers. Residents will also enjoy modern amenities such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, basketball court, jogging lanes, and pocket parks.

With its blend of timeless architecture, scenic hillside lots, and Filipino-inspired design, Westwoods Heights is poised to become Batangas City’s most sought-after address.| (PR)
