BATANGAS, Philippines – Families, advocates, and supporters gathered in full force at SM City Lipa on April 26 for Angels Walk, drawing a total of 840 participants in a heartwarming show of unity and support for children on the autism spectrum.

The event transformed the mall into a vibrant space of acceptance as participants took part in a symbolic walk, proudly celebrating the uniqueness and strengths of every child. Smiles, cheers, and colorful expressions filled the venue, creating an atmosphere of joy and belonging for all.

A nationwide initiative by Autism Society Philippines (ASP) in partnership with SM Cares, Angels Walk became part of SM Supermalls’ continued commitment to build more inclusive communities. This meaningful event highlights the importance of awareness and encourages the public to embrace diversity with empathy and respect.

Beyond the walk, attendees were treated to engaging performances and interactive activities that showcased the talents of children on the spectrum. Families also shared inspiring stories, reinforcing the message that every individual deserves to be seen, heard, and celebrated.

With the success of this year’s Angels Walk, SM City Lipa continues to strengthen its role as a space where diversity is embraced and communities come together in support of a shared cause.
