PUEBLO DE ORO Development Corporation (PDO), the property development arm of the ICCP Group, was recognized as one of the Top 10 Developers in South Luzon during the Pag-IBIG Fund Stakeholders’ Accomplishment Report (StAR) Awards. The ceremony was held at The Bellevue Hotel in Muntinlupa City.

The award was presented by Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Marilene Acosta and Trustee Ireneo Vizmonte, as part of Pag-IBIG’s affirmation of the role of developers across the region in supporting Pag-IBIG’s housing mandate and national development goals.

“This recognition is especially meaningful as we mark our 30th year of service to Filipino homebuyers,” said Prim Nolido, President and COO of Pueblo de Oro. “We are proud to support Pag-IBIG Fund’s mission and to help more families achieve their dream of homeownership through thoughtfully planned developments.”

The developer has consistently ranked among South Luzon’s top 10 since 2018, with flagship projects in Batangas province, including Pueblo de Oro Townscapes Malvar, Pueblo de Oro Courtyards Lipa, and Westwoods Heights in Batangas City, as well as Park Place Batangas and La Aldea del Monte in Santo Tomas City.

Pueblo de Oro has also earned multiple citations from Pag-IBIG Fund in Visayas and Mindanao for its developments in Cebu and Cagayan de Oro since 2015.| (PR)
