Movem, the e-mobility subsidiary of Manuel V. Pangilinan-led Manila Electric Company (Meralco), and Rockwell Property Management Corporation have launched five electric vehicle (EV) charging stations at Edades Tower and Edades Suites in Rockwell Center, Makati.

The project marks a significant step in redefining sustainability and convenience within Rockwell’s master-planned communities, setting the standard for future-forward living and mobility.

The Movem-owned and operated charging stations, equipped with 22kW AC EV chargers, are available exclusively to Edades Tower and Edades Suites residents, Rockwell Club members, and Edades Tower retail patrons.

Backed by Meralco’s proven expertise in power distribution, Movem’s distinctive EV charging solutions ensure reliable service and a seamless charging experience for EV users.

Through Movem’s app, ChargeM, users can conveniently monitor real-time station visibility, manage their charging sessions, and complete cashless transactions. This integrates and transforms EV charging into a natural extension of the elevated Rockwell lifestyle.

“The launch of our electric vehicle charging stations, in partnership with Movem, is an important step in strengthening our sustainable and future-ready initiatives. As electric mobility grows, it’s important that we provide the right infrastructure while maintaining the quality and convenience our developments are known for,” Edades by Rockwell Condominium Corporation Chairman of the Board Valerie Jane L. Soliven said.

The collaboration underscores Rockwell and Movem’s shared commitment to sustainability and cleaner urban mobility. By embedding accessible EV infrastructure into premium properties, Movem and Rockwell are driving consumer trust and accelerating the adoption of electric mobility.

“What we have set up here in Rockwell Edades Tower and Suites goes well beyond EV charging. What we have here is a symbol of sustainable and meaningful progress, as we at Rockwell and Movem, help enable cleaner and greener mobility. Indeed, it is through partnerships like this, built on trust, shared purpose, and innovation, that we pave the way for a sustainable tomorrow.” Movem President and Chief Executive Officer Raymond B. Ravelo said.|
