AFTER 17 long years, faith-based organisation Operation Mobilisation and its operator, the German charity group Gute Bücher für Alle (Good Books for All) is set to bring back to Batangas the world’s largest floating book fair via its new carrier, MV Doulos Hope, on April 16 to 28.
